Awesome
Bought these for my 12 yr old son just getting started on a recurve. They are very forgiving and give him confidence to keep shooting the recurve.
Great arrows with great groupings
If you haven't gotten some flu flus then get these. For $55 for 6, you cant beat it. I used them in bird and small game hunting. They tend to drop at about 25 yards for me with my 56 pound recurve. I've gotten my best groupings of any arrows so far with these. I got the glue on inserts so I can put screw in judo's and snaro's. The extra weight makes them hit hard. I did have 2 break… read more at the tip. That's after 6 months of use though. Over all, they're some great arrows.
Flu Flu Fun
If you want to get a beginning archer hooked on archery fun, buy them 6 flu flu's and some launch targets. I stand behind a building and "launch" the circular foam target in the air to about 15' and let them try to hit. It is great fun and soon I would hear "Dad...I need more arrows!"
Perfect for Cub Scout Arrow of Light Painted Arrows Plaques
3 Rivers Archery is excellent! They made this Scout Leader very happy. I was having a very difficult time finding flu flu wooden arrows for us to paint on to showcase our Scouts achievements. After a phone call to explain what I was looking for they totally nailed it and finding a solution to our request. Very prompt delivery after they made them up from scratch. We make these annually… read more and we will definitely be ordering from 3 Rivers Archery again!
Shooting practice and small game
I use these to target practice in woods with hammer blunt and do not have to worry about losing arrows, and keep one in quiver for squirrels when deer hunting slow. They can take a lot of abuse for wood I have scraped the bark off trees with out damage while hunting squirrels, and bounce off limbs pretty good. I shoot foam targets at random distances instead of stumps, with all… read more arrows carbon aluminium or wood and durability is not an issue.
I would buy these arrows again.
Very good workmanship and construction. Hunt small game with these arrows.
Great durable arrows
only problem I had was a field tip coming off on my first few shots but with a little glue it was easily repaired other than that these arrows are by far the best target shooting arrows I've shot.
Nice arrows
These arrows are nice, but some of the feathers are not glued to the shaft very well.Ive noticed this on some other arrows ordered from 3rivers recently as well. Also I think they are cedar but the item description does not say that. What could they be if not cedar?
Funny name for a good arrow
Great arrows, very well put together, could have used a bit more support in the box when shipped, some of the feathers were a little beat-up, but doesn't affect their usage. Truly a great product and I will definitely order more when the need arises.
New experience for me.
I had never used a flu flu before. So, this was a new experience. The arrows are sturdy and straight. I like the higher visibility on the way to the target and when the arrows are in the target. This allows for easier corrections for my aim. The sound a flu flu makes is just plain fun to hear.
Yes it does
With these arrows they will take a glue on style point. If you wanted to use screw in points then you would need the woodscrew point adapters and select the service to mount them.
You can leave a note in the handling instructions box during checkout.

If you want to use screw in field points. You would have to purchase the wood screw adapters (Item# 4364X) and have them mounted to the shaft. Otherwise, you would need to use glue on field points.
No it is not safe at all to shoot these off of a compound bow.
They are 11/32.
No, these arrows do not come tapered.
Yes, these arrows come with Bohning Classic nocks already installed.
Yes, make sure you have the points on the order you would like mounted.
I would expect so. Sent from my iPad
Yeah, that’s how it works. Just remember to actually buy the field points, put them in the cart, select the mounting service and you’re good to go!
