Glad you still carry these older knocks. Newer design knocks do not work with aluminum arrows.

Will either the 1/4" or 9/32" nock groove fit a 12 strand 20 lb recurve bowstring? And do these nocks fit the swaged style arrow shaft?

From what I could eye, they have the same size pinch point in both diameters, but the 1/4" is shallower, and the valley is smaller than the 5/16" diameter. I'd recommend the 1/4" nock for a small string.
