Break and come out easily
I've been using Arrow Dynamics traditional Lights for approximately 10 years. I have always had trouble with the nock durability. They break easily and come out of the shaft frequently. Seating them with a piece of plastic bag between the shaft and nock helps somewhat. Trouble is that they are the only brand that fits the shafts so we have no choice but to use them.
Glad i bought extra!
I bought these when I got the AD shafts as I knew the nocks I had would not fit. I was glad I did, as they break easily if you hit a hard spot. The arrows don't break but the nocks do. The other point is that because of their unique size it would be difficult to find a lighted nock.

These nocks come pre installed on the arrow dynamics traditional tapered arrows. They are junk, the first time out tuning my new arrows, 3 of the nocks broke half in the shaft. They are easy to get out just find a small screwdriver and tap them through to the thicker non tapered end , but you need to remove the head insert to get it out. I couldn't accept that I needed to replace… read more these junk nocks with more junk nocks so I took some Easton H nocks and spent some time with a file and emery board to file them down to fit. The arrows are much better off for it and since the change I have not broken a single nock. Avoid these nocks or buy them by the 100 expecting to replace multiples every time out.
