Easily the Best Fletching Glue
I have experimented with several glues and this one is the best. Three or four times more gripping power than the popular glue. Very strong grip between feather and shaft. Most glues you can easily pull a feather or vane off. This glue you have to use two hands and really give it a good yank to get it to come off (if you need to re-fletch). Haven't had a vane come off yet with this… read more glue even if I nick one with another arrow. It is also stronger than Gorilla glue and super glue in case you are interested. Also, you don't have to put a bead on the front if you use this glue. You can also unclamp after a minute or two instead of five minutes. The only precaution is you have to be safety conscious with this stuff. There are some serious chemicals in it (probably why it works so well). The vapors can potentially be dangerous. Do not fletch indoors unless you have a strong fan for a cross wind. I fletch on my porch with a fan and it is fine. Be aware of your hands and never touch your eyes under any circumstances. If you are fletching arrows then you already know all this. This glue is not for beginners. It is super strong but requires care. I got sick of my feathers coming off all the time so that is why I use it.
Glue
Glues work super good, used on fmj shafts
Excellent glue; better than any other for wood arrows
I've used a lot of arrow glue over the years and this is without a doubt the best. It might take a little longer to dry than other glues, but the trade off is superior holding power. I have only used this glue on wood arrows and cannot comment on its holding power on metal or carbon.
I would buy again
Nicks stay on with this glue
Sticks to anything
Prep your arrow properly and clean surface with alcohol or acetone, glue really holds tight. only way to remove fletching is to cut and scrape them off.
Good but yellows after a couple weeks
works well as far as holding the feather but it is very noticeable on my white vaned and white dipped arrow because it yellows after a couple weeks
Excellent I like the fact it is not as thin as other glues.
easy to use and does the job.
It's glue
I bought this to use with some Bearpaw nocks after hearing of incompatibility issues with them and Duco. It seems to gum/dry up quickly, but so far is holding the nocks without any issues. I would like to try it with feathers an wood, but from what I hear, it takes a bit longer to dry than I usually have the patients to wait.
If it is on a Beman or an Easton shaft it needs a cap wrap because of the finish they use.
The coating on the outside of some aluminum shafts can lead to adhesion problems. I recommend using a cap wrap when using glue. The Feather Tape from Bohning will work well with or without the cap wraps.
I use the arrow mate glue on my wood/lacquer dipped shafts and it works great. I used to use the Beyond Bond Glue, and it worked ok, but it's meant for aluminum.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship this glue to Canada. We can however ship the Goat Tuff HP glue.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship this or any other flammable items internationally.
Yes
I have not tried it for something like that, so I really can't say. I would recommend our Barge Cement instead.
I would not use any thinner with this glue.
I don't use any thinner with this product. The only problem I've had is the glue keeps coming out a bit after I use it.
You will need to at least clean the shaft with alcohol. I would also recommend using a cap wrap to get the best possible surface to glue on the feather.
Drip ends of shafts far enough to cover 8 inch of all shafts in 95% denatured alcohol in a container for 10 minutes, wipe with clean cloth, don't touch with bare hands, press on/in nock. Put in fletching jig and fletch to your desire. Make sure to put a drop on each end to seal the ends of vanes or feathers.

Yes, you can use arrow mate with Thunderbird sealer.
No we cant ship flammables overseas. I like to use the fletching tape http://www.3riversarchery.com/Arrow+Building+Glue+%26+Adhesives+Fletching+Feather+Tape++Adhesive_c52_s220_p219_i5384_product.html you don't have to wait for your glue to dry and you can fletch a dozen arrows quickly with one fletcher. We can ship that overseas
