Bearpaw Deerskin Glove Reviews

The Only Glove I Keep Running Back To

Dollar Store Merida

I have used one of these gloves for close to 8 years now and while i didn't order it from here originally, I'm reviewing on here for a purpose. I've been shooting for over 16 years and this glove has been there for half of that. The same glove. I've tried other gloves, thinking that tearing up the leather on this one meant i should retire it. Nope! I was tuning bareshafts from my read more #42 longbow the other day and I couldn't figure out why i was still getting left/right inconsistent tears. Changed tip weights, tried different length arrows... Then i started changing gloves. Went through 3 other gloves i use more regularly than this retired, ratty old deer skin one i keep around. It's so torn up from use that I've taped the fingers back together with climbing tape. I put this glove on and immediately was getting consistent bullet holes in paper with bare arrow shafts. Never using a different glove ever again. Needless to say, I'll be ordering another one very soon.

I am absolutely blown away at how comfortable this glove is. I will be buying more of these in the future.

Good and tight

I went by the size chart and got the small size its tight.... I'd suggest if the chart said you need a small, go with a medium. Go one size larger than what chart sais. Just be more comfortable.

Great choice!

I got this to replace an old Deerskin glove I had for years and am pleased with the quality!

Very pleased with this glove, after spending a day shooting!

Very supple feeling, and a very good fit in the XL size for my hands. I pull #45 on my Traditional Recurves, and after a full day sending arrows downrange, I have to say I am very pleased with the overall feel and the smoothness of the release. At $29 this glove looks to be a bargain to me. I will be ordering another as a spare. Very well made, stitching all very good, and is read more very comfortable to wear. Purchase with confidence.

Decent glove for dry Conditions

Nice glove, but when you get it wet it hardens the leather. Probably better for dry Conditions...

This is now my favourite glove

Just wrote a review panning spliced feathers so I thought I should write one for this glove I bought at the same time. Great quality and fit and although not bulky seems to give better protection than my previous glove. Colour is a bit darker than the picture but this is a positive to me. No negatives at all.

Would you say the finger stalls are thicker than the archery max glove that looks similar to this on Amazon? I've shot that glove for some time but am moving up weight in bows and looking for something a little thicker.
