this book was a absolute must for me when i begain shooting traditional coming from compounds having no one that new anything about trasitional archery it helped me to get started and get my foot in the door. if your just starting out check it out its a excellent sorce for the entry level

B. Sorrells begins with equipment set up and tuning. Shooting starts at three feet and is gradually extended to five, ten, twenty, forty and sixty feet. This is twenty yards and is a very hunt able distance. Sorrells believes we can all shoot instinctive out to twenty yards. Some may be able to shoot beyond this distance.
