B. Sorrells begins with equipment set up and tuning. Shooting starts at three feet and is gradually extended to five, ten, twenty, forty and sixty feet. This is twenty yards and is a very hunt able distance. Sorrells believes we can all shoot instinctive out to twenty yards. Some may be able to shoot beyond this distance. With this much shooting, measuring distance is not required. read more Your mind, muscles and eyes all work together to hit the mark. This system works. A very good read. I have recommended this book to friends.

Does this book have a matched DVD for more vivid understanding? I mean im afraid that by only reading the text i can not catch those important details.Or could u pls recommend a DVD product that suitable for beginner to learn and advance.

The Beginner's Guide to Traditional Archery does not have a DVD 12 years ago

The Beginner's Guide to Traditional Archery does not have a DVD version. You might want to consider G. Fred Asbell or Byron Ferguson for something like that.
