THE BEST ARROWS
THESE THINGS ARE THE TOUGHEST ARROWS FOR THE MONEY. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
Maybe the best arrows ever for the money!!
Beautiful arrows!! These 400 spine arrows fly straight and accurate, with good penetration out of my 45# Old Mountain Mesa longbow!! Very consistent! Seem durable too. Beautiful, quality construction. Will be an awesome hunting setup with the Mesa!!
Arrows of choice for me
I will be using them for hunting and they shoot great for practice
Good
I mainly use these for stumping with the longbow and sometimes shoot targets. they group well, even though the set i have may be a little light for the bow. they stand up to the abuse that stumping in the PNW puts them through; no cracked shafts yet only had to refletch a couple. it's hard to find an arrow that the inserts/ nocks/ fletches dont come out on when you are using arrows… read more the way i do so its not a bid deal for me when this happens.
I've enjoyed these arrows
Good
Very well constructed
Excellent carbon construction with a great traditional look.
Great quality and great colors.
I can't wait to use these for deer season this year
Excellent arrows, very happy with them
I will use to hunt
Great arrows. I would love to buy more
I shoot a lot of arrows and these are definitely rated in my top 5
Shoot great
The 500s shoot great out of my 55# longbow with a 125 grain broad head and similar with a 100 grain field point. I like wooden arrows, but these are a lot more durable and overall consistent. My bow is quiet, but with these all I hear is the arrow hitting the target. I shot the wooden fence with them a couple times due to an early release and they held up fine. I would start with a 600 spine for that weight. They will need a 5/16" field point #CF511x
I would start with a 500 spine for that weight.
Yes that would work great with that front end weight you should get good penetration.
The inserts are tapped for accepting screw-in weights on the back. Their is a Black Eagle weight system, but the Gold Tip is threaded the same, so yes they will work with these inserts.
The inserts come with the arrows always. They will be in the box with the arrows in a separate bag.
These are a great arrow, yes I would recommend them!
Matt, I shoot a Scythian style bow off the hand and a Navajo Apache Take Down by Mr. Roy Hill. The Navajo and Scythian are both 50 lbs at 29" which is my draw. I use Black Eagle Vintage 500 and Beamon Centershot 500 in both bows with excellent results. The Navajo bow has an arrow rest vs. my hand. To be honest I would also recommend calling Three Rivers to talk one of their experts. They have never steered me wrong. Best of luck to you and I hope this helps. Dan

I also ordered mine full length. 34 inch but I didn't check to see if they were exactly 34. If they are not then they are very close based on the cut offs being identical
They will be the same i shoot tje same ones
I would start with a 500 spine for that weight.
They come with a 14 grain aluminum insert .
Id recommend a 400 spine with those same specs for that weight.
We generally use Easton Quickbond which is a permanent glue.
