I've been using these paints for crown dips on my arrows the past few years. A nice bright crown dip really dresses the arrows up and makes them easier to track in flight which is especially important for accessing shot placement in low light situations.

When crown dipping is a white base coat recommended under colors, or will the color cover and be bright without the white base? Thanks

Does Crest lac need to be thinned or is it used straight from the can? Also are multiple coats recommended or does one coat cover?

It means you don't have to run it through a gasket like some paints. You will want a dip tube for the paint.

Does this lacker have a sealed weather proof finish, or do you still have to dip it clear to seal it
