The perfect solution for arrow tuning at a great price. As you change point weight on your arrow you change the dynamic spine of the arrow. Heavier weight weakens the spine and lower weight stiffens it. The goal is to have an arrow properly spined so it flies perfectly straight and hits the target straight (no kick to one side or the other). Each test kit comes with two-each of our precision 11/32" glue-on steel field points. Kit includes 2 each of: 100 grain, 125 grain, 145 grain, 160 grain, and 190 grain glue-on steel field points. Machined steel field points with 5° tapered ferrule to mount on 11/32" wood shafting. Our Steel Field Points (AKA field tips) are extremely durable, and with their concave shape are easier pulling out of targets and help with accurate arrow flight. The 5° "point taper" is an industry standard, so these field tips should fit on any arrow that accepts a glue-on point. Must have a point taper on your arrows to use these field points. ...read more

Would buy again.
Good product. Can be used with inserts to adapt to carbon or aluminum arrows and come up with point weights that are difficult to find.
I would buy this product.
I bought the test pack to see what point weight would work on different spined shafts.
Glad I got these.
Great for tuning you arrows up to 190 gr
Field point test points
I use these tips along with the test arrow kit. In an effort to find my most accurate combination of arrow and tip. Using heat glue has enabled me to change often no problems. I only shoot targets at this point.
Exactly what I needed!
After receiving this test kit I was able to quickly identify the correct point weight and shaft length combo for my desired grains per inch of draw weight. It made tuning bare shafts a breeze. I saw immediate improvement in accuracy and penatration as well.
Nice to Have
Very useful, especially along with arrow test kit & woodyweights, for tuning a new bow.
Good Idea
It's a good idea to get a test kit before buying field points all in one particualr weight.
10 to 15 yards should be plenty of room to test out your arrows. When using the different points you want to watch and see how long it takes the arrow to recover. The sooner the arrow straightens out the more forgiving it will be and the more energy it will have when it finds the target.
Yes, you would be able to glue the 11/32 field points onto 5/16 shafts.
You can mount 11/32" points on a 23/64" shaft. It will show some of the taper (no more than .25"), but shouldn't be a problem.
I have no trouble fitting 11/32 points to 23/64 arrows.
