I like how this simplifies shooting--no more worry about gloves, tabs, etc. Might not be quite enough on a heavier bow, like 60-70# and up. I'm sure the added weight will slow down your arrows, but the streamlined process should make shooting easier and hopefully more accurate, or at least no less accurate.

I bought a brass thumb ring from 3Rivers and even with it on I find it still painful to shoot. Either the ring or string bites into my thumb with my 45-53 draw weight bows. Do you think using just one half of this finger saver product below the arrow w

Is this for a recurve bow? How would you install it on your string?

You can use these with a recurve or a longbow. You would use the 5 years ago

You can use these with a recurve or a longbow. You would use the cotter pin that comes with them to pull them over the loop of the string and slide them into place.
