The perfect solution for arrow tuning at a great price. As you change point weight on your arrow you change the dynamic spine of the arrow. Heavier weight weakens the spine and lower weight stiffens it. The goal is to have an arrow properly spined so it flies perfectly straight and hits the target straight (no kick to one side or the other). Each test kit comes with two-each of our precision Heavy Weight 5/16" screw-in steel field points. Kit includes two each of: 200 grain, 225 grain, 250 grain, and 300 grain screw-in steel field points. Machined steel field points with 5/16" ferrule to match today's most popular carbon and aluminum arrows. Our Steel Field Points (AKA field tips) are extremely durable, and with their concave shape are easier pulling out of targets and help with accurate arrow flight. The 8-32 thread on our screw-in field points is an industry standard, so they should screw into any insert that accepts a screw-in point, regardless of shaft diameter. This set of field tips is a great idea. It gave me the opportunity at an affordable price to practice and verify FPS on several different grain weights that I have been wanting to try. My 70# compound is shooting the 200 gr at 260 FPS, the 250 gr at 250 FPS and the 300 gr at 240 FPS. I'm going with the 300 gr for elk hunting this year, which by the way makes my total arrow and tip… read more weight at 714 gr. Watch out elk, here I come.

Would I be able to buy 3 ea of the 200 and 225's? I am testing 175's right now and am still showing 'stiff' with a bare shaft, but not outrageous, I think my solution will be in the 200/225 range so won't need the heavier ones. When I'm satisfied I'll or
