The perfect solution for arrow tuning at a great price. As you change point weight on your arrow you change the dynamic spine of the arrow. Heavier weight weakens the spine and lower weight stiffens it. The goal is to have an arrow properly spined so it flies perfectly straight and hits the target straight (no kick to one side or the other). Each test kit comes with two-each of our precision Heavy Weight 5/16" screw-in steel field points. Kit includes two each of: 200 grain, 225 grain, 250 grain, and 300 grain screw-in steel field points. Machined steel field points with 5/16" ferrule to match today's most popular carbon and aluminum arrows. Our Steel Field Points (AKA field tips) are extremely durable, and with their concave shape are easier pulling out of targets and help with accurate arrow flight. The 8-32 thread on our screw-in field points is an industry standard, so they should screw into any insert that accepts a screw-in point, regardless of shaft diameter. Will not work with Easton Deep Six inserts. ...read more

Worked great to tune my 55# Martin recurve.
Great Product!
A must for those seeking well tuned arrows with high FOC.
Great kit
This set of field tips is a great idea. It gave me the opportunity at an affordable price to practice and verify FPS on several different grain weights that I have been wanting to try. My 70# compound is shooting the 200 gr at 260 FPS, the 250 gr at 250 FPS and the 300 gr at 240 FPS. I'm going with the 300 gr for elk hunting this year, which by the way makes my total arrow and tip… read more weight at 714 gr. Watch out elk, here I come.
Determine Optimum Point Weight Quickly
The Heavy Weight Field Point Test Kit supplied four different tip weights seldom found in most archery shops and removes a lot of guesswork in arrow tuning. Within minutes I knew what weight worked best with my new arrow selection.
Sorry, but we only sell them by the test kit or by the dozen.
Michael, Those points will absolutely work with the goldtip arrows and standard inserts that you mentioned, as well as any arrow with standard inserts. Respectfully, Billy Nelson Superintendent H&M Construction
Yes they are stamped with the weight on them.
Yes they are stamped with each weight and it is a fairly deer stamp so there should be no issues with reading the weights Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S7 active, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone
Yes, the ones I have are stamped with the grain weight. Get Outlook for Android
yes they have the weight stamped in them. can be hard to see because it is small and depending on the light Sent from my Bell Samsung device over Canada's largest network.
You could use them for bare shafts or fletched arrows.
In my experience, bare shafting your arrows first is the best way to establish the correct length for any given point weight.
Yes to find out what grain field point pairs best with a certain shaft, you must bareshaft them first. Whichever one flies true with a bare shaft you should then fletch. ###- Please type your reply above this line -### Can you answer koel's question about this product?
