Add a heavyweight punch to your broadhead with these 11/32", steel broadhead adapters. They increase your arrows' strength and FOC (front of center) weight. Increased FOC produces tighter groups down range and deeper penetration on big game. They're an easy way to bump your arrow weight and use your favorite 11/32" glue-on broadheads, field points or small game points. ...read more

Would buy again.
I used these with glue on style field points to create different weights. Working very well.
Adaptors
I used these to bring up my foc. So far they are working out.
Best adapter ive used so far
I shoot both traditional and compound I use these for target practice and for hunting and have never had a malfunction like the aluminum ones I used before I found these ones great for high FOC and penetration. just remember to get higher spined arrows when you go heavy up front. get mostly pass throughs on the game I hunt which includes Moose here in north central Alberta Canada
Exactly what I ordered, delivered quickly. Thanks!
I needed to get some Zwicky Eskimoes up in weight for my new bow. These did the trick.
I would and will be buying more in the near future
Just what I needed to get the broad head weights up
Will buy again
Perfect way to get needed 200gr. weight using 75gr. adapter and 125gr. two blade glue on broadhead.
Great product
Very easy to use and they give me the extra FOC im looking for.
Very strong
Great for building really strong and heavy heads
Excellent product, worked wonderfully.
Would and will buy again.
Very solid and durable
i got the 125 grain steel adapters, they were very straight, out of the six 4 spun very nicely, but i think that the other 2 would have spun straight if i took more time to make sure the end of the arrow was square to the insert.
Yes these adapters will still screw into the inserts on those arrows.
Absolutely. The back of the taper is a larger diameter than the Axis, which makes for better penetration, as per Ashby studies...and common sense.
yes
I'm certain they will. All inserts are universal..
It should. The tapers used are the same between all manufactures..
I don't run Zwicky's but I don't why they wouldn't, most run the standard taper...
Don't see why not, says 11/32 in the product description. If it bottoms out before seating fully, just cut or grind the tip off until it fits. If you need to make up for the lost grains, use a weight collar. They also sell 100 and 75 grain inserts. I don't like the 75's as much, they're pretty short. I like a larger gluing surface.
Yes they are a 5 degree taper.
Yes these will screw into your arrow shaft without issue.
I use it with my Easton XX75 2219 shafts to increase the FOC, I think it should match with your 1916 shafts.
Sure, they might be slightly larger diameter.. Better have a very short draw or very low poundage on a 1916 cause putting that much weight up front will weaken the spine significantly...O.L.
Yes you could use these with the Eskilite. Keep in mind since the broadhead is 5/16 and the adapter is 11/32 you will have some of that adapter showing.
I used them on the Zwickey Delta broadhead and they fit perfectly. I'm pretty sure that they will also work in the Eskilite.
Yes these adapters will still screw into the inserts on those arrows.
Yes, these will work as they are standard thread sizes.
Yes those are the industry standard thread count.
Correct as long as it is not a Deep Six insert. Deep Six is a different thread count versus the industry standard.
If a standard broad head or field point fits that insert then this will work. I love these heavy adapters
It's a difficult question to answer with several variables that could be debated such as the type of broadhead, weight, etc. I would tend to agree with the heavier broadhead for the same reason you stated. However, I would prefer to use a steel adapter with a broadhead as I think the combination would be the most durable. That being said, they have used the aluminum adapters for a long time with great success. It's a good question, but very subjective.
The stronger combination will be a lighter broadhead with a steel adaptor. The aluminum adaptors are generally the fail point in glue on broadheads.
I have used the aluminum adapters on carbon shafts and found them too light. I would go with the steel adapters next time. I am using the Zwickey Delta 135gr and have had very good results. Leo
I use 75 grain steel adapters and 125 grain Wensel Woodsman and get great performance. I would suspect the steel adapters have a bit more strength than aluminum, but for impact I think the more beef in the broadhead (for a given broadhead design), the better. The 75-125 combo balances the decision well for me, giving good forward total tip weight also.
The arrow set up is only as strong as the weakest part. I don't like aluminum adapters since the bend easily, so I could be considered biased. A steel adapter and a good 125gn broadhead like zwickey or woodsman will hold up to more than the carbon arrow will.
Personally, I feel like the insert to adapter junction accounts for a lot of my head failures. I'd go with steel adapter, along with a steel or brass insert, regardless of head weight.... and an external footing, just to be safe! That said, it all depends on intended use. I build up one arrow/ broad head for everything from stumps to elk. I'm a big fan of the ultra high FOC concept.
I try to stay away from aluminum as much as possible.
I've thought of this myself. I pick the broadhead I want to use and then see what adapter I need to give me the weight I want.
Yes, these are long inserts. All of them will fill the holes from the bleeder blades.
