It does a good job explaining the tillering so that you have string alignment.

Rereading I do not find specific reference to twist correction.However the wood is basically shaped with bevels and then shaved and reshaped numerous times in the tillering procedure. As the "hinges" are identified and worked the wood could be reduced on one side or the other to achieve the needed balance that you refer to. In other words the twist correction seems to be kind of assumed as part of the tillering. Shouldn't be too difficult as there is no lamination for a sight window in the bow they want you to make.
