I like these

I put these on arrows that are heavier with a stiffer spine than my usual target arrows. Good for better penetration while hunting. They also make these arrows fly straighter.

I would buy again

So I really like the 50 grain steel inserts Great idea I only gave them 3 star because they can be tough to pull I wish they were full size of point rather then indenting the way they do It might be only way to make them long enough to except tip? I will definitely use them and buy them again the pros out weigh the cons

These are the answer for fine tuning arrows.

A great way to maximize your arrow tip weight to match your bow. I use a longbow and a recurve of the same draw weight, but find that being able to add tip weight to the arrow allows me to use the same arrow and adjust the spine to match the bow I'm using.

Saved me a lot of money

Used the adapter to figure out the weight I needed for my arrows, instead of guessing on buying broad heads

Helps make tuning an arrow easy

I bought the 50gr and 75gr weights to tune carbon arrows using 150gr broadheads. I had 400 spine arrows to use with a new bow that was 40#. I didn't want to buy new arrows and they had already been cut well under what would spine even close. Using a combination of 25, 50, and 75 weights i was able to get excellent flight. The weights are very well made and spin true on the end of read more the arrow. They are also great protection for the end of the shaft. Penetration is also much better. Might not be the best solution for arrow tuning but it certainly makes it unnecessary to buy all new arrows.
