I choose these SS tips because of their quality
fun shoot 3D targets....very good quality,,they are my go to tips every arrow I build
Good quality, good price!
I bought these field tips as a less expensive option to similar tips. They seem to penetrate well and remove easily. I would recommend these tips. Good product, good price.
I would highly recommend these
Weight was consistent across the board,I really like the o-ring keeps the head nice and tight.
I use this product
Better than those black steel points. Weight does vary a few grains.

Perfect for 3D targets
Best points on the market
TopHat is by far my favorite brand when it comes to points. I purchased the Apex 125 grain points and they are used for indoor target competitions and league, indoor 3D, and outdoor 3D. Anytime I've missed my mark, these points have held up though stumps, rock walls, wooden back stops, etc. Very durable with minimal to no damage at all when I recover them from missed targets. I… read more love the apex design. These points line up completely flush with my carbon shafts and never get snagged in the targets (spider webbing indoors is always a problem for my glue on points on wooden shafts). The rubber washer has also prevented any of these from loosening from the shafts so far. I've shot the heck out of 2 dozen arrows with these points so far, indoors and outdoors, and the points are all perfectly intact and not loose at any time.
Great!
I was hesitant to spend that much on practice tips, but these things are solid and well worth the money. I'll deffinatly be buying more.
Heavy weight field points.

Top hats the best
I love these! Best 150 grain field point you will find.
These are some of the best field points I've ever bought. Especially in 150 grain. Highly recommend!
No the 8/2 threads shank does not come out of the head
As listed the top point is the easy pull point and the bottom point is the target point
The points are interchangeable. I personally use the easy pull points because they really do pull out of foam targets much nicer but the target points will do the same job just might not be as easy to pull out of a foam target but if you're looking for penetration on a really hard target they might be a bit better. The 3Rivers ad page is ambiguous, yes. On the 3Rivers Top-Hat page, click on the drop-down menu "Weight." You'll see three weight options for target points and four weight options for field points. The points come in packs of six.
For $20 for 6 points ,Which seems high. I wanted easy pull 125gr Sent from my iPhone
They will range between those weights. I see them at 146/147 often.
I apologize. I have emailed our pricing department. Please keep a look out as hopefully a sale will happen soon!
5/16" is recommended on 2016 shafts
The weight tolerances on these points is very tight. the convex comes in a 105 because when they are machined they do not remove as much material to create the shape.
You can use these with the ACC arrows. The closest size would be the 9/32
You would need the 9/32 size points for that arrow.
These are sold by a 6 pack

They should weigh 125+/- 1-5 grains
Something's wrong with what you've got. When I buy these points from 3Rivers and measure them on the scale I also bought from 3Rivers, they will weight within .02 of the marked weight. So a 125 grain field point will be anywhere from 124.08 to 125.2 John
A 125 grain field point should weigh 125 grains....I've purchased many top hat points as have some of my friends and there has never been a problem with the weight. Must be a mistake on the vendors part or your scale may be off....hope this helps
They should weigh as stated 125gr. Send them back and ask either for refund or the weight you have ordered originally. I use "Top Hat" screw-in points exclusively with my aluminums and have had no trouble getting the weights I've ordered from 3 Rivers in the past.
The top hats did turn out to be accurate at 125 Gr - not the 162 Gr I originally stated. i used an incorrect conversion factor from Grams to Grains. When I found the correct conversion they weighed true - from point to point. My bad!
