Is the 28.5" measurement nock throat to end of shaft or end of insert or carbon to carbon? Does it include tip? Please be specific. Thank you.

Sorry, I can't be much help. Not sure there is a standard that all manufacturers follow for how pre- cut arrow length is measured. The distance from the bottom of the arrow nock to the cut end of the shaft seems to be common, at least where I have purchased arrows. Probably smart to verify with this particular maker rather than risk getting a whole bunch of arrows the wrong length for your draw. R. C. Christianson
