Great feathers and great sale price!
I love these bright barred feathers, and at the current sale price they are a steal! Colors are vibrant, quality is high. My only comment is that you used to be able to get 2 5" fletches out of a feather but in recent years this has been impossible due to the shorter length of the feathers (shorter life of the turkeys?). The answer is to use a 4" feather cutter or burner, which… read more is what I have done. They don't look as beautiful as a 5" feather, but they fly just fine and the venison tastes just as good!
Truly Bright
They work great for flu flus. Full length and spiraled. Cut nice with the chopper. And peel easily for splicing.
Really bright stripes
Full bright colours good value.
Bright colors make it easy to find
I like these because the bright color makes them easy to find should I ever miss my target.
Beautiful feathers

FL feathers "Bright Stripe"
Very pleased with these feathers. Just plan on 1 finished feather per FL feather.... I thought I could stretch 2 x 5" but it just doesn't happen.
Love the colors
I use True Flight feathers almost exclusively (except for the occasional natural turkey feather), and have always been satisfied with their quality. You will find one from time to time with a base that is a little narrow (mainly to the nock end of the feather), but the grind of the feathers is much more consistant than that of their chief big name competitor. As for the bright stripes… read more I got the orange / chartreuse, 3Rivers calls it orange / yellow, but per the True Flight website, it is chartreuse, not yellow. The colors are very vivid, although they do bleed together somewhat on the "backside" of the feather. My only complaint is that True Flight does not make a solid colored chartreuse feather which matches. The orange is the same as their solid color orange, but you can definately see a difference between their yellow feathers and the chartreuse (especially outside in natural lighting). I wanted to use 2 of the bright stripes with a solid colored "single" feather, tried orange and green solids, I think the green looks better (provides more contrast). Will definately purchase again, thinking of trying 2 solid white with a yellow / white "single" feather next time.
Loving these Feathers...
I would like to say that these feathers that I get from 3 Rivers are great, I like the left twist, and the colors are any choice I could possible need or won't the last batch were the new Bright Bar white/lime, and the Bright Bar Yellow/Orange, mixed them up and really like the looks, next one are well I not sure, I put them on my new dozen of the Victory Carbon 400 shaft I just… read more had ordered a while back didn't like the plastic or rubber vanes that came on them, I don't know I just like the looks of feathers on my Arrows, and I do them myself so it ant no problem to change out if I get board with a color I just strip & redo...
Nice feathers
like the colors
I would buy this product again and again
the most beautifull feather and good quality.
Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
Yes, 3Rivers does have these full length stripe feathers. I have used them often. Very good quality. I also shoot left wing. Fred Lankhorst
These would be sold by the dozen.
You will want to order the feathers based on the clamp that you have on your fletching jig. One will not fly better than the other, but they all need to be the same.
its a matter of preference it used to be thought that the arrow started spinning before it left the bow but not so at least this is what i have read
It all depends on which wing you desire and what type of fletching jig you have. If your jig is right wing, you MUST use right wing feathers and vice versa. As far as performance, it makes absolutely no difference as to which wing you should use.
No, those are different feathers. The spiral wrap flu flus have a thinner quill that makes them more pliable.
I've tried but did not have any success.
No, the spiral feathers are a completely different feather altogether.
Yes they can but the quill must be thinned first- I use the straight clamp from my jig in my bench vise and sand with a dremel- this way I can spiral wrap with any feather
