Great for youth, this award arrow can be used for many different ceremonies in their life. As an arrow has a direction, and comes to an end point, they are great for rewarding a kid's journey to completing a goal. ...read more

Perfect for Cub Scout Award
Since these were in no way used as actual arrows, the usual criteria don't help to review them. I found it very useful that they arrived without tips, as we used these in a ceremony with Cub Scouts. We sawed partway through some so the "unworthy" arrows would break, which worked great. The blue and yellow fletching was perfect.
Great Quality, Very Fast Shipping.
These look great. I will be ordering again next year.
Just what we were looking for for Arrow of Light
Just what we needed in budget for our Arrow of Light awards. Pre-built. We color stripped them for achievements and and then gave them out with plaques. Nice finish and the standard brass tips are not cheap looking. Does not have a 'real-feather like' tail, but is very durable - and the boys will play with them. You can get them non-pointed if you want to add stone tips. Super fast… read more ship in great packaging. We will order these each year.
Definitely the right choice for career arrows!
Not having to add the fletching ourselves was a plus! The finish is a nice light walnut stain. They are perfect for Cub Scout career arrows with the blue and gold fletching.
Great looking arrow and top notch quality.
I purchased these arrows for My Webelos Cub Scout Den for their Arrow of Light Ceremony in November. The Boys really thought they were cool and I agree.
A fine decorative arrow for B&G
I attached metal tradepoint arrowheads engraved with "Do Your Best" on one side and "Be Prepared" on the other for the Arrow of Light/Crossing Over awardees. It's been a big hit 2 years in a row. A Warning: Don't get an arrowhead that is too thick. The wood is very inflexible and even with a band saw cut, the wood will crack if you try and fit a thicker arrowhead.
Excellent experience
These arrows were exactly the right item at just the right price and quality. Will definitely recommend them to future cub scout dens!
Just what I was looking for.
I purchased these arrows for our Cub Scout Crossover ceremony. They were delivered quick and were well within budget. The look and color were exactly what was needed to go with the background red oak plaque.
Awesome
Our Webelos II used there arrows in a way that was different than other awards they had ever seen. Most cover the beauty of the shaft with their colors of rank and achievements but we decided to let the arrow shine. We hung a "skin" made from material from the arrow and put our most prized badges, pins, belt loops, ribbons, etc onto the "skin" to display the journey through the… read more Cub Scout ranks to get us to this ceremony and honor. A time of remembering where we have been and visions of where we are going! The straight and true shaft, feather colors and walnut color of the arrow made an awesome display that was very impressive.
We do not offer installing of primitive points, but you could buy the plain arrow and points and just cut the end to tie the point on.
This is possible if we were to do a custom fletch. However we would not be able to just do 1 arrow. This would have to be 12 arrows at a time.
No, there would not be a discount.
These arrows are for "Display Purposes Only". They are not to be shot.
From the valley of the nock to the end of the feathers is 6.5".
The arrows I have are with the brass point and are just under 28" overall. The length from the groove of the knock to the point end of the fletching is exactly 6" and to the back end is exactly 1"

These arrows are meant for display purposes. They are not meant to be used.
The 26" length is calculated from the valley of the nock (or the groove where the string sits) to the back of the point. The overall length of the arrow from end of nock to end of point is around 28".
Shafts are 11/32" diameter.
