A 400 would probably be a little weak out of that bow with that much weight up front. I would consider a 340 as well.

Will "G" size Glory nocks fit the the nock end of these shafts?

Easton G nocks will fit. I haven't used Glory nocks but I did us 4 years ago

What arrows work best with the Stygian 56# recurve and also how do I know what pull weight to get if this is the first recurve bow he has had. We have compound bows. He is 6' and weighs 200 lbs and is strong.

Please call our Technical Experts @ 260.587.9501 and they will guide you in the recommend arrows spine and make. Also i would not recommend using a 56" Stygian with being so tall as you would create stacking in the bow.
