looking for a 5/16" over nock for my 5/16" wood shafts and 5/16 stainless shafts both are 5/16" o.d. would like to glue on to the shafts without having to taper the shafts

the nocs i am trying to replace cover 7/16 of the top of the arrow. I purchased nocs that cover only 2/16; not enough. what is the depth of these nocs?
