Fred Bear Traditional Archery Glove by Neet Reviews

Not Adequate for Adults

Old School Archer

The finger stall leather should be at least 3X's thicker than it's made. Fit is great and seems neatly made but it just doesn't protect your fingers. Using this glove is little better than shooting bare-handed.

Great but Finger Material too thin

A real Great Glove, but Finger Protection is much too thin. I write from Germany and i do shoot a 50# Fred Bear TD and Great Plains SR Swift Traditional Bow. I do shoot only with 2 Fingers. With my Arrow length 31, i get about 62 to 64# by full pull on the Fingers and this Glove Protection is much too thin. 6 Arrows and i had to stop shooting. BUT the rest of the Glove ist really read more great, so i glue extra Leather on the Fingertip of Glove and this did help a lot. Why i did it, because the construction of Glove is really good, the Fingers got distance to the other and do not touch the other fingers while pulling the arrow. Since i shoot with this Glove, the resutls of Target hit got 30 to 40% better. I do shoot distance of 45 and 55 yards Target and 3D Animals. In germany is not allowed to hunt with a Bow.

Too Thin

Nice looking glove and a cool Bear logo imprinted on the leather. The only draw back is the leather on the finger tips is really thin. I got blisters on my finger tips after just a few shots.

Looks Great, Not Functional

Glove looks great, and is of high quality construction. Where Neet missed the boat is the incredibly thin leather of the finger stalls. They are so thin, I'm not sure how long before they wear through. They are like paper. Very surprised and disappointed. Also, the finger stalls are so short they barely cover my first finger joint. The glove looks beautiful, but what is going on read more with the finger stalls??????

Nice glove

No Velcro. Nice feel of your string.Finger stalls don't twist. Seems to be a good product. Leather might be a bit thin

I like the style of glove as it covers the index knuckle and also snaps fast once it's adjusted for size.

Yes! When selecting a glove, the hand of glove that you want to buy, is the hand that pulls back the string. So, a RH shooter needs a glove on his right hand and a LH shooter needs a glove on their left hand. -Corey Anderson
