Looks like 500 spine would work depending on how much point weight you have.

I would cut your arrows at 28.5". At that length you can use a 1 2 years ago

I would cut your arrows at 28.5". At that length you can use a 100-150grain point for a 500 spine arrow. If you use 175-200 grain point you will need to use a 400 spine.

Asked by slathan 2 years ago

for a 45lb recurve bow which spine selection of gold tip carbon arrows is compatible with this pound bow?

Depends on the arrow length. If your arrow length is 28-29 inch 2 years ago

Depends on the arrow length. If your arrow length is 28-29 inch and you have a bow that is close to center shot, you will need 500 spine arrow with 100-150 grain field point. If you decide to use the 100 grain brass insert with some heavy points like 125-150 grain point and over (Total 225-250 grain/more up front. More weight for hunting, let's say) you will probably need 400 spine arrow.
