Shaft purchase
Have used these shafts for years.good quality and price point
I would but again
mostly 3D but they are suitable for all archery forms
Highly recommend
I use these to target practice, hunt as well as shoot in circuits
Would never buy anything else
Awesome
Great Product and Service
Mostly target archery.
This is my go-to product.
I use these arrows in my Black Widow bow - the fact they can be tuned for my broadheads make them the perfect arrow. The tuning process is a bit of a pain, but it doesn't take too long to get the bare shaft to shoot perfectly. I then made up three dozen and they perform perfectly.
I'm not going to buy these again because of the finish.
The wood finish scraped off when I was scraping off the worn out fletchings, ruining the entire arrow. Disappointing.
The best wood look!
There are lots of good carbon arrows, but these have the best wood look and all the best qualities an arrow needs.
Nice looking shafts
I like these shafts. I plan to get another six soon.
Gold Tip Trad arrows,,
I started using these shafts for the last two years and have been blessed to have taken several whitetail deer with them. I tip them with a 170 grain Zwickey and 50 grain brass insert. These arrows hit with a thump!
I would say the 340 spine is going to be your best option. You may want to try a test kit first to confirm though. https://www.3riversarchery.com/gold-tip-traditional-carbon-bare-arrow-shafting-test-kit.html
You will need to treat the shaft with the True North Carbon primer then the paint will stick well. You can use a water based sealer over the paint as well.
I've been shooting the gold tips and paint stick well with just a wipe down with acetone but you will get a better bond if just light sanding with 320 or even 400. then hit it with a light coat of clear to really make the colors pop

We will look into this and correct as necessary , thank you for bringing this to our attention .
No the blems are of the gold tip classic shafts
Yes, I believe they are
Id start with a 500 spine.
Shaft length vary from shipment to shipment. If you leave a note on your order for the minimum length we will make sure to let you know if we do not have that length.
Gold Tip offers a 340 spine in this model for the stiffest.
The stiffest spine for the Gold Tip Traditional's is 340. Other brands of carbon arrows sometimes go to a 300 spine.
These are too large for the ballistic collars. You can use the carbon collars on these arrows.
With these being the +/- .006 straightness we do have the Traditional XT shafts that are +/- .003 straightness.

DZ means Dozen = 12 pieces. Yes
