I bought this in June 2020 and have been using it with my 47# longbow and 53# recurve since. I switched to shooting RH and was able to shoot my LH bows with the ring. It bites painfully into the base of my thumb and the weight of the bow adds to my discomfort. I'm still committed to making it work because I want to buy a horse bow. If it doesn't, I have other options in mind.
I would absolutely buy this product again.
I thought it would be fun learning an ancient technique. I followed the guidelines for measurement and the size was perfect. I am ordering another ring for my grandson who wants to learn this technique as well.
The largest one we carry is the 21.5 x 24.5but it looks like it may be a little snug , you can always try one and return it if it done fit properly .
The sizes close to that would be the 18.5mm x 21.5mm or the 19.5mm x 22.5mm. Id try the smaller of the two.
