Great looking arm guard. I have long fairly thin arms and this fits me well. The reinforcement in the middle protects well against the string, can't feel a thing. The leather is thick and it feels like a quality product. It takes a day or two to really break in but that's to be expected from any protective leather product.

Got this to use with my 60# recurve and it's worth every penny. Feels well made enough to last for a long time. I've shot over a thousand shots so far and I don't feel a thing. The metal strip inside doesn't give in any direction so caution to those that have shorter arms. I'm 6'0" with a 31" draw and this is the perfect size to cover my forearm. I could see where a shorter forearm… read more would cause some difficulties in bending your wrist or elbow. Easy to adjust, comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time, and does what it's there for. If your arm is getting slapped and a thin plastic or leather strip isn't doing the job, this will.

Was a bit tight with no more slack to give at first, and I'm not a huge guy. Cord has stretched well after a few hundred arrows worth of time on my arm. Would maybe look for a different one if you're a sasquatch - otherwise great stuff.

I bought this arm guard after nailing my arm one too many times, don't even notice it now. The guard is taking some hits but, as stout as this guard is I doubt that I'll be looking for another one anytime soon.

I've had a few arm guards, but this one is by far my favorite. I'm a big guy and have a longer forearm, so it's hard for me to find a good quality arm guard that doesn't look like it's from the renaissance fair at a decent price. This arm guard fits well (the straps are adjustable, and I like a snug fit) and actually covers my whole forearm. It looks clean and feels great.
