I like the idea of having arrows on my hip, but these are the 3 problems I have with this quiver that have me reverting to a bow quiver. 1) Unless you are hunting in wide open spaces, going through any type of brush or thick high grass & weeds dislodge arrows. When moving through any type of forest, you must constantly pay attention to the arrows, and sooner or later will be backtracking read more to find some. 2) The best (lowest profile) position is to slide the quiver towards the rear of your hip, thus placing your fletchings behind you as opposed to alongside your rib cage. However if wearing any type of pack, the arrows will rub against the pack and any buckles, zippers, etc that are part of your pack system. Not the quiet I'm looking for. 3) I like very bright (usually white) fletching. As I walk wearing this quiver, the fletching waves back and forth with each step. Might as well be waving a small 5 inch bright flag with each step taken! I tried using a fletching cover, however that brought the annoying sound of the cover material rubbing against the stiff feathers when taking step. If anyone looking at this uses plastic vanes, a cover would be quiet (but you'd still have the other issues above).

This obviously came from the drafting board of someone who had no idea what he was doing. The folks at Neet have been making archery equipment long enough to know better. The body of the quiver is not reinforced and, therefore, flexes. The retainers, which are barely adequate under static conditions, are simply not strong enough to hold a grip on the shaft under the stress of moving read more through the bush. The result is leaving a trail of dropped arrows behind you. And, while that stretch cord leg tie is easily replaced with something functional, it shouldn't be necessary. I'll try to recondition my old Chuck Adams quiver. He was a hunter and knew what he was about ---------------------- Steve in Belize

It's exactly what I needed for what I use it for.

Will need altering with cedar shafts

Arrow holders are not made to handle large cedar shafts,I used a cartridge roll on a dremel to enlarge the holes.A wide duty, service type belt will not go thru the belt loop.A great product but will need some tweeking.

A very versatile quiver

This quiver is surprisingly versatile. Can be held left or right side, feathers pointing forward or backward. It can even be held in the back, upside down or like an asbell side quiver. And it holds up to 6 arrows which is enough for me.
