Day hunts for Miley's & Antelope
Great bag
I love this bag. The arrows hold very well, it's easy to navigate with through the woods, and quiet zippers. The bag is great for keeping equipment for all day sits.
This Catquiver is a great asset to every bowhunter. GREAT
Great product for bow hunters, light weight and accommodates many accessories.
Awesome hunting rig, protects the arrows!!!
easy to use, protects under every condition, great elk hunting rig..love the simplicity of design..
I would buy this product again.
My first cat quiver was bought in 29 years ago. Love it. Finally needed to update my quiver pack. I gave my old one to future son n law
Very good Quiver Pack

this catquiver is my 2nd one I've owed catquiver 3 is great looking forward to catquiver #4
Roomy and comfortable
purchased this type of quiver for the purpose of hunting over varying terrain all day on long stalks, with the crucial importanace of great comfort to wear, while carrying just enough equip, spare clothing and food without loading down wearer and still having easy access to that arrow when its needed the most. this quiver is easy to adjust to body size, arrow length and capacity.… read more there is enough room to stow spares, etc without going over board.basically if it doesn't fit, ask yourself "do you really need to carry it?" The only downside is the external ties designed to tie a other things to the outside of the quiver, these are too light weight in construction, and if not used they tend to just get in the way.a "molle" system would be more convenient
Ok
good idea, fleece is very weak, it tears easily. the way the main compartment is designed it puts all the weight on the top seam, ripping it very easily, it only holds five arrows with feathers comfortably before you start damaging them the smaller size is much better also the larger size looks to be of a little better construction.
PERFECT LONG STALKER
GREAT FOR LONG STALK OR TO STAND WHERE I CAN HANG PACK AND ARROWS IN ONE PLACE AND NOT SHOOT WITH A QUIVER ON BOW. HOLDS ARROWS SECURE AND SAFELY WHEN CLIMBING, ALSO ARROWS RIDE BELOW YOUR HEAD SO NO TANGLES WITH LIMBS OR BRUSH.
It is not much different in that regard, if you feel like you would need the extra space then I would recommend it. Depending on your broadheads Ive fit 6 in there without issue.

The compound bow may be too heavy for this quiver. You may want to look into a frame system pack like the Fred Eichler Full Draw pack. These packs work well for longbows and recurves.
Hi Jeff; I am not sure I can answer your question satisfactorily, not knowing your quary or latitude. I hunt with both compound and long bows. The cat 3 is a great daypack quiver combo and I love it for longbow hunts, however if I was going to hunt the mountains, for sheep for instance. I would use a compound with an attached quiver, with a quick attach sling. I would also take a large conventional frame pack which you could certainly secure your bow to if you found the sling to be inadequate. The frame pack facilitates your gear as well as extra clothing for higher altitudes, strong winds etc. The frame pack also gives you capacity to pack out your head/meat if you are successful, and I always enter a hunt with success in mind. Embrace the Chase, Doug
I have not tried to strap a compound bow to my cq3. I have strapped camping equipment to it and that worked fine. The pack is broad enough to provide good base and it has plenty of straps to secure a compound bow.
