I wanted one of these ever since I was a kid. I've been using a homemade back quiver for over 20 years. When my son wanted to make one like mine, I opted to buy him a Catquiver instead. He is very pleased with it. It is loaded and ready for opening day of youth turkey season tomorrow. I might buy myself one before deer season!

I've been searching high and low looking for a quiver so I can take my bow quiver off and this quiver is what I've been looking for, I wanted a quiver for spot and stalk Mulie and bear hunting and this fits the bill. Left or right shoulder, center of back, belt, or hung on a backpack. CatQuiver Model 1 is excellent product, Light, easy tho use, hold a a dozen arrows if you out them close together. Broad heads, field points, blunts, judo/grasshopper points. Quite, rainproof. I am fully satisfied.
I would buy this product again and again!!

I've always wanted to try one of these quivers,but didn't quite understand how they worked. I went ahead and finally did it,and what a neat little quiver. The smallest size is just perfect for me. I can get a bottle of water,and a small camera in the pouch,and a few more small things if you wanted. It is perfect for a day of stalk type hunting. The quiver is out of the way,and you… read more don't even know it's there. When you need an arrow it's very easy to get them out. The only thing that is going to take some time for me is getting the arrows back in the quiver,but I'm sure with some practice I will be able to get it down.

For hunting, I wanted to replace my bow quiver , but didn't like back quivers or belt quivers. The arrows rattled around. This quiver holds my arrows securely, is out of the way, yet an arrow is within easy reach with minimal movement. The small compartment is big enough to hold my kill kit, knife, and emergency kit. I haven't tried the D rings for attaching it to a pack, but am confident it will work well.

The quiver is all I need for a weekend hunt, its out of the way on my back, and provides easy access to my arrows at a moments notice! It does take a little practice to replace the arrow.

I was surprised. Holds everything I need for a hunt in the pouch. Holds my different tipped arrows with ease. Sits right in between my shoulder blades and there have been a few times I forgot it was there. Just don't set it next to a tree and wonder off, blends in very well and would be hard to find again. Arrows are secure, gear is quiet, and its wears very nicely. What more could… read more you want?

Not completely sure but it shouldn't be a problem if adjusted properly. There is a piece of foam rubber in the top and bottom sections of the quiver the tension is adjustable by loosening the nuts on the telescopic arms and sliding them in or out making the pads closer or further apart. I do not shoot wood so I am not absolutely sure but I think with light tension it should work. Hope that helps. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

Do the catquivers work with broadheads? If so, will the heads be protected or will they bump into each other causing dull blades?

You can use with broadheads, but need to be careful of not cutting yourself on the broadheads as they are not held in foam, but held in place by a small amount of tension. This tension also keeps them in place so they do not move around without being bumped.
