I had a clean pass through on a deer, but when I pulled my arrow out of the ground there was a tiny chip in the blade. normally I wouldn't care, however, these broadheads are nearly impossible to hone even with a proper sharpener. The only reason it is not five stars is because these are impossible to sharpen. For the price to edge life ratio, I believe there are better options read more out there.

My testing confirmed my suspicion that this broadhead does a great job...equal penetration, equal durability as my Tusker Concords. Dead is dead...Maasai kills cleanly, Concord kills cleanly...the difference is in the value...

ABS is all I use now

When you take an animal with these single bevel broadheads, you too, will be a believer. They leave a very impressive L shaped gapped hole insuring a very humane and quick kill. I own several weights and models of ABS's broadheads and they are the only brand that I feel I need to be very careful when handling. They are "scary sharp" like I'd never seen before with other broadheads. read more They are expensive, but ABS broadheads are all I use. You definitely get what you pay for in them.
