Neet back quiver
Holds a ton of 5/16 and 11/32 shafts. I've got at least 2 dozen in there now, with room for more! the suede makes it stay put on your back, the shafts don't rattle around, and the pocket works well for extra string, tab, wax, etc. I might use it for grouse/quail/bunny hunting, but not for larger game, as I don't carry that many arrows then. The only negative is that arrows with… read more those little tiger claw small game additions will hang up on the nylon tube insert in one side of the quiver, as will judo or other points that project out from the shaft. Broadheads might do the same . but I switch to a bowquiver for big game. Especially for us stump and pinecone shooters, I'd recommend this in a heartbeat!
This is a nice quiver
This is a very comfortable quiver. It's hard to find quivers for taller people. This quiver is well worth the price
Great Quiver
I really like the quiver. It is very stable, has good capacity, and the pocket stores various small essentials
More than what I was expecting!!!
Great quiver. Will take it hunting all the time. With the two straps, it is easy to move around without it falling off your back or sliding off. I never need to reposition it when I'm shooting. It's almost like it's not even there. The quiver is very light and arrows are easy to access. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
One word: Okay
I bought this by mistake. I thought for some reason it is the similar one made by Bear. Pros: 1)Hard palstic bottom. 2)It had a metal ring by the opening which is nice to clip things onto, smaryt move there. 3)It is a soft leather, which I like the feel of. Cons: 1)Soft leather, can be hard to put the arrows in when it is on your back due to the opening collasping in the middle.… read more 2)The plastic arrow insert they use to address this issue, had the lip of it come off the first time I used it. In the end it is just "okay". I have no problem with it, as a matter of fact I going out later today with it at the range.
Well made good looking functional item
Overall an excellent item. Looks great! Straps contain sufficient material to accommodate additional holes for smaller users and keep quiver tight yet comfortable on body. Roomy outer compartment for accessories. Only worry is that wet weather may damage soft leather material. Might want to have additional quiver if headed out into heavy mist or rain.
Just great
Just great product for the money...
Comfortable and functional
This is the first back quiver I have owned. construction seems to be very good. the straps are very adjustable. I have been wearing this over an ll bean upland game back pack/game pouch and it is very comfortable. the front zipper pocket is nice for gear and food. the divider tube is handy for special arrows. overall very satisfied.
It excelent
I use it oftenly
It will easily hold 18 arrows with field points or about 6-8 arrows with broadheads depending on your broadhead.
Yes, This will hold 3 blade head fine. They may rub each other a little bit but you can always put a piece of foam in the bottom to keep them from touching.
yes you can have 3 bladed broadheads in the quiver , I have montecs 125 grain and they are just fine in the quiver and doesn't cause damage , and also the quiver has a leather string which you can adjust how tight you want your arrows to be in the quiver , meaning they wont move around making any noise , but with the 3 bladed broadheads you have to widen it a bit so you can pull the arrow out ...
Yes. There are three different places to put Arrows. I can store 12 normal arrows(practice tips) and I'm sure you could easily store three broad heads without scratching the blades or damaging the points at all. Sent from my iPod
I hold 2 blade traditional on mine, And I place 16 arrow in it ! In case you can stuff the bottom with foam Another 2 inch and glued , I personally Think that if you carry 9 arrow it will be fine! But imagination and some labor and u can do Anything,,, almost! Is a very comfortable quiver, very good for spot And stalk, ( I hunt that way, on the ground) And cause the Arness system is firmly in place And easy to pull arrow with just little movement! Best regard Sent from my iPhone
I would say yes it will do that easily.
Yes, you will need a right handed quiver. That will put the arrows over your right shoulder.
yeah the quiver is for a right hander meaning you will pull the arrows out with your right hand and your bow will be in your left hand I've just purchased this quiver and it is great and fits nice and tight to the body and easy to pull out arrows , and another great thing is the extra pocket in front to put in gear .... Also you can put in target arrows at the front part of the quiver and the back part of the quiver for hunting which you can tighten with leather strap meaning your arrows wont hit against each other making any noise ... great product and must have!!!
Yep, you got it. Fire away!
The answer would be yes you need a right handed quiver.
The straps have enough adjustment that you should be able to fit into them with out any problems.
I'm 6'4" and 280# myself, this quiver fits fine, and is extremely adjustable. Both the over the shoulder and around the middle straps can be adjusted quite a bit, and I have them nowhere near the largest/longest settings. That being said, I've only really got it to settle more down my back than I'd like. Sometimes I have to reach over quite a bit to get an arrow, and putting arrows back in the quiver can be a bit tough sometimes, but I'm not sure if that's unique to this quiver or typical of all back quivers. -Steve
I don't know if it is necessarily made for taller people but there is plenty of adjustment in the three straps for this quiver. All three straps are adjustable. I am 5' 9" average build and have all three straps set to their shortest setting. So, if you are bigger than me there should be plenty of adjustment there. If you are smaller than I am you may need a hole punch to add holes for shorter settings. Nice quiver, I can fit my arm guard, string wax, spare string, bow square, extra arrow nocks, spare nock sets and nock set pliers in the compartment. Some quivers the front compartment or pocket is useless. All I need to do is grab my bow and quiver and I'm ready to go...
Well I can only say that the straps that are on the quiver are fairly large whether or not they are large enough for you is hard to say although if I had to guess I would say yes. Otherwise it is a very nice quiver and I am very happy with mine.
I think this quiver would be too tight for you to smoothly reach back for arrows.
Yes the quiver would work for a bigger guy, it has straps that are very adjustable. Sent from my Verizon Wireless Phone
I bought for a big guy, he hasn't said that it isn't working for him.
The strap on the quiver is meant to go from, for a RH shooter, the right shoulder to the left hip, across the chest, and then the second strap would go from about the sternum to the right hip. The secondary strap is to create a 3 point system to keep the quiver in place. The actual quiver portion will be on your back, going from the right shoulder to the left hip.
You must put it over your head and then attach the 3 rd strap to the middle leather and medal circle. It is very secure though Sent from my iPad
Not sure about the question. My single strap quivers, which I would consider over the shoulder, go over my head too. I like the extra strap because it holds the quiver exactly in place and I am not fussing with it, especially when walking around. Like other single strap quivers it will probably sling over the shoulder without putting over your head, don't see any reason why not. It is essentially identical to single strap quivers up until you snap on the additional strap, which doesn't happen until everything is in place. Good luck Dave
The only other option would be to use a youth quiver. The Big Rattler has an adjustable strap. You should be able to use that one or something similar to it. http://www.3riversarchery.com/product.asp?i=3253
This quiver may look a little big, but you will be able to tighten it down for a comfortable fit. You may also want to look at youth quivers.
I am 5 ' 8" 180 lb male and this item was adjustable to my body and fits well. A smaller person might need to use a leather hole punch to wear the straps tighter, but with this modification it should fit well. At 5'3" it will look huge on you but still be functional. Sent from my iPhone
I think it will be a little too big
This means that there is foam in the bottom of the quiver to help hold your arrows in place.
The Neet Leather Back Quiver would be perfect for your needs. It fits judo heads and holds plenty of arrows.
I cant tell how large it will adjust to, but I can tell you that the straps are extra long and have plenty of adjustment even for larger guys. I'm 5' 9 and about 150 pounds and had to punch my own holes in the straps to get to adjust down to me. It has plenty of adjustment the other way.
