On a hunt in Arizona this Fall for elk these add on arrow holders performed well. My practice arrow was held firmly in place and when I shot the bow there was no noticeable noise from the addition of a spare arrow hanging on the side.

best thing i'v got in a long time for holding my blunt's when out roaming around, iv got a slip on quiver that holds 4 arrows (broadheads) and this lets me Carrie 3 more arrows as i use 3 of these ( blunt x2 and one field point ) for fun.

You can keep a arrow off to the side [fieldtip, blunt, or judo point] with fast and easy access. Squirrels beware!

They will work on carbons down to about 5/16 ths. diameter. Anything smaller than a 5/16 ths.od will not have a tight enough fit for what most people are wanting.
