Great replacement for hip quiver
I bought this to replace the arrow clips on a new leather hip quiver I bought on Ebay. The arrow clips on the Ebay hip quiver were meant apparently for carbon and small diameter shafts and a couple broke when I tried to put my 23/64 diameter shafts in them. So I bought these arrow clip/grips to replace the original ones. Using guerrilla glue/epoxy, the grip works perfectly and… read more the regular size holds 11/32 and 23/64 diameter shafts securely!
Great overall
Works great
Hold them skinny arrows!
my only gripe is that they don't offer this as an option when you purchase the quiver.holds small diameter shafts tight with no sliding between shots.
Good, however heed my warning!
This prodcut is exactly what it says. It is an arrow gripper made for Selway bow quivers. Simple and does its job. Made of high quality rubber, holds arrows firm and there is no kind of rattle at all. However, and this doesn't reflect poorly on the product, it requires the Selway 6 arrow channel as well. While it may seem like common sense, and does seem like common sense now,… read more but the channel is sold separately and is required in order for this product to work. I got one made as shipping to NZ is about 6 times more expensive than just the channel. This slides into the 5 arrow channel, however the extra arrow holder, as you can imagine, sits outside the channel. Due to vibrations when shooting, without the appropriate components the extra arrow slot flails about and would eventually break. Makes me feel a bit silly but I would have thought that an essential component would have just been sold with it, alas I was wrong. Still, product is great.
Got more capacity
Replaced the 4 arrow holder on my 3Rivers quiver with this one making it a 5 arrow quiver. Good fit.
Would buy again
works as advertised and was easy to switch out.
Selway replacement arrow gripper
What can you say, buy selway and thier replacement products and there will never be a problem with installation or quality. My carbons are now tightly held with no noise!
Like a brand new quiver for a five bucks
The replacement gripper expands the capacity from five to six which I really like, holds my carbon arrows firmly and quiets my recurve even more. Very easy to replace and when combined with the replacement foam in the head of the quiver gives you a new quiver for only a few bucks.
Quiet and Sturdy
Selway is pricey but worth it.
Yes they have the gripper and I shoot the same arrows and they fit perfectly in the gripper. They snap in snug and hold tight. Never had one come loose. I recommend it for those arrows. rich
You will want the Micro gripper for 9/32" or less
It would be hard to say with out see the quiver. If you would like to give us a call at 260-587-9501 or send a picture of the quiver to us. We can check for you to see if it is a possibility.
I would say YES as long as it has the same metal holder and width as the replacement arrow holder
I bought one to replace the arrow gripper on a vintage Bear archery hip quiver and it worked perfectly. I believe I could make it work on most hip quivers, might need to order the rail the gripper fits in just to be sure.
Not tight, you would be a lot better off getting the small gripper for the Great Northern quiver.
It will fit the 9/32 axis arrows, but we do not carry any micro diameter shafts for me to try.
this is 5 3/4'' long and is 3/8" thick.
Yes, this will fit the Boa Bow quiver.
Yes i believe it will fit. Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE DROID
yes it works
Selway only makes one size of gripper for all size shafts.
Yes, you will need the replacement gripper and the replacement channel in order to be able to convert you 5 arrow quiver into a 6 arrow quiver. http://www.3riversarchery.com/Replacement+Channels+For+Selway+Quivers_i5104_baseitem.html
This is the only gripper Selway now makes and it works for wood, carbon and aluminum arrows.
