Simple, Solid Performance
I initially used the detachable version of this product as intended, on my longbow. However, I found another great way to use this incredibly designed and constructed quiver. I designed a mount for the quiver that has a carry strap attached so that I can use the quiver as a back quiver as well as a bow mounted version. On those occasions that I prefer to carry my arrows on my… read more back, I simple detach the quiver from my longbow and reattach it to the shoulder mount. I can then carry my arrows in that fashion. I've found the quiver to serve both functions very well. The arrows are solidly held and protected; the quiver and arrows remain absolutely silent (even when attached to the bow and a shot is taken); and the durability is unmatched (I've owned and used the same quiver for the last twelve years). I LOVE THIS QUIVER!!!
I love the fact I can detatch this quiver for transportation. It is also nice to be able to take it off when sitting in a ground blind. I have several Selway quivers and this one is my favorite. I definitely recommend this quiver for any traditional hunter.
I would recommend the strap on model. It should fit just about any bow. http://www.3riversarchery.com/Quivers+Bow+Selway+Leather+Strap+On++Rawhide+5-Arrow+Quiver_c14_s21_p89_i4970_product.html
Sorry about the miss understanding. The Selway quiver will not work for your needs. It is made more for the American Flat bow (we call it a longbow though). I believe you would have better luck with the Great Northern Adjustable bow quiver: http://www.3riversarchery.com/Quivers+Bow+Great+Northern++Adjustable+Quiver_c14_s21_p52_i5074X_product.html
The longbow version of the Selway Detachable bow quiver is 1 to 1 & 3/8" wide, AND is 3/8" thick. I would go with that version as you can adjust the width a bit to hit your 1 & 1/16" width.

It is an "okay" fit, but I would highly recommend you pick up the replacement gripper in the carbon size, as it will have a stronger hold and last longer. http://www.3riversarchery.com/Quivers+Quiver+Accessories+Selway++Replacement+Gripper_c14_s100_p88_i5108_product.html
They come with the standard for the 5/16 shafts but you can replace the gripper with one for the micro shafts , https://www.3riversarchery.com/replacement-arrow-gripper-for-selway-bow-quivers.html .
Yes it will fit.
Yes it will work on that bow.
The longbow quiver would not fit that bow. You would need the received version.
Yes, this should work well with the Montana.
This quiver weighs about 10 ounces. Yes it will hold a 3 blade Muzzy.
The Selway Detachable Longbow Quiver weighs approx 10 ounces and it will fit just about any 3-blade broadhead, including the Muzzy.
