Just a great product I will be buying another one for my recurve
Exactly what I was hoping for..
Identical to one I saw years ago and loved it. Overall a quality quiver. Not poor construction, but not the best either. Wish bottom arrow holder was adjustable to make a little more in line. Overall quite happy..
Good stuff
Good quiver it does not affect your shot had to get use to the weight change though it's not heavy just makes my bow feel different.
Great quiver I will be purchasing another for my recurve
All around great quiver
Excellent Quiver
Fits well on my Bear Montana Longbow. Enhances the look. I also find it easier to shoot with the quiver attached.
Great product!
I have three other selway quivers including a hip quiver. They are the best.
Excellent but only for 4 arrows
This quiver is top quality and holds 4 wooden arrows nicely (broadhead or field point). The problem is with the 5th arrow slot on the lower piece. This slot appears to be either too loose or at too severe an angle to hold in the 5th arrow. After 3 or 4 shots the arrow invariably loosens from the lower slot and falls from the quiver. This is the case when I use a field point.… read more It may hold up better with broadheads so I will try that. But when I am on a course or at the range I need to practice with hunting conditions so I want my quiver to have 5 arrows and to draw from the quiver as in a hunting situation. Otherwise this item performs exactly as expected.
Yes, would buy again
Excellent quiver. Selways quivers are all that I use. This is the 3 arrow model. I wish you could custom order 3,4, or five arrove models, whether for recurve or longbow.
Worth every penny
Great quiver, does not affect performance and also helps quiet the bow down
Excellent Quiver. Well worth the price
Awesome quiver. Durable and does not slip.
Yes, it will fit snug on the Slick Stick. Just need to get it into the riser fade out section of the limbs (part where the riser is tapering out).
I checked one of these bows against the quiver. To get it down to the proper placement I recommend using the Recurve model here: https://www.3riversarchery.com/selway-slide-on-recurve-5-arrow-rawhide-bow-quiver.html
Yes this quiver will work fine .
It will do both but you will need different grippers , https://www.3riversarchery.com/replacement-arrow-gripper-for-selway-bow-quivers.html .
The recurve model should work on that bow.
Ive never had an issue with fitting a 3 blade head in the hood but you do have to rotate and adjust them more than you would a 2 blade.
The gripper and the hood are both smaller on the 3 arrow quiver.
I have no direct experience with the 3 arrow quiver. but looking at the images it looks like having a smaller hood. ###- Please type your reply above this line -### Can you answer Trent's question about this product? Selway Slide-On Longbow Arrow Rawhide Bow Quiver "Is there a size difference in the hood of the 3 arrow vs the 5 arrow or is it just a smaller gripper?" Yes
No, I recommend getting one of the strap on quivers such as the mini boa or the great Northern, either one of those would be an excellent fit
I measured the slot on each of the two styles. The Lonbow version is 1 x 3/8 and the recurve version is 1 5/8 x 3/8.
