Great quiver!
I bought this quiver to use for hunting with both my Bear Grizzly and Montana longbow. Mounts perfectly on both and keeps my cedar arrows secure and Readily available. Very good construction and materials. Love that this is a family company and local in my state. Great quiver, I'd buy again if this one ever wears out.
Finally have a quiver that will work for me
I have used and shot with it a bit so far. Does not seem to add any sound and is holding on well. I got this because I was having problems with a bolt-on quiver that I have. Actually the problem was with the factory inserts on my bow not staying in. I don't like how much the quiver moves around, but that is to be expected with a rubber arm attaching it to the limb (it just seems… read more flimsy, it is not moving up and down the limb or anything) I will get more practice with it before next hunting season. I think I will like this one as I had a hip quiver before and hated it.
Great quiver
Easy to move from bow to bow. Very quiet.
Strap On Quiver Is a HIT!
The service and delivery were quick and painless. The quiver easily transitions from my recurve to my long bow and is easy to use, arrows stay in place and stay quiet.
Works Great (with some modification
In order to attache it to my bow, I had to carve out the slots about 50% larger than they were. The material is high quality and was easy to modify, just disappointed that it needed it.
Pretty good but could be better
I'm using the quiver for practice at the moment. The way this connects to my recurve is great, really easy, and because the feet are made of rubber this move nicely with the bow and I haven't notice any difference in my shooting because of using this quiver. The arms are a a little too flexible and the 'notches' for the arrows a little too tight, sometimes getting my POC arrows… read more in I really have to push them to get them in, trade off, they don't fall out easily but are still easy to remove. I found I had to hold the bottom arm up a little when pushing the arrows in, otherwise the arm bends down and 29" arrows the 5" fletching gets in the way, unless you hold that arm up a little. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is that after two weeks of daily use the foam in the leather cup is starting to move down. Overall a good little starter side quiver until I find something constructed better.
Looks good and performs as it looks
Quality of construction excellent and found the quiver very easy to attach with no rattles or vibration when the bow is shot. Used for hunting only once so far but have found the light weight of the quiver made the recurve a pleasure to carry in the bush. Would recommend.
Very well made
I got this for a gift and i am very glad i did because it was the best detachable quiver i have ever owned. It is well worth the money
Very Traditional
Well made quality product. Traditional look very easy to install and remove.
Well made, definitely worth the money!
If you get a chance to buy this quiver, do so. It is very durable, quiet and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I used this quiver to hunt this past October and November. It withstood temps from 50 degrees down to minus 10 with good results. The biggest plus is that it is quiet!!
Yes this quiver will hold arrows from 5/16 to 23/64 in diameter.
Yes, with this type of quiver it should work with almost every bow out there weather it is a 1 psc or a take-down. Just remember to mount it at the last 1-2 inches on the fade outs of the riser (never on the working limb).
Get it on the fade out has best as you can an tighten the straps down as tight as you can that should help. Its what I can do.
I use a spray on adhesive on the area that the quiver touches the limb. the stickyness helps keep it in place!!
