Broadheads are designed to penetrate and cut. That's why a good broadhead sheath is such a vital part of your set-up. It can keep sharp broadheads from gouging and cutting your arrow quiver or you. This Single Arrow Broadhead Sheath is made from two layers of quality 9 to 10 ounce latigo leather. It is tanned twice at the tannery to make it ready to use outdoors. Assembled using four steel rivets, with a single metal eyelet for tying to the top limb of your bow, or for tying several sheaths together in the bottom of your back quiver. I bought several of them. I looped five of them together with cord tied to a small natural elephant ear sponge to fit in the bottom of my quiver for deer season. When I pull the broadhead out of my quiver the sheath stays in the bottom. The broadhead sheaths are very close fitting and need to be opened up some to be able to pull the broadhead out smoothly.
