One of the hardest things about bowhunting is the wait. The Arrow Anchor makes waiting easier! It holds your arrow firmly on your longbow or recurve shelf while you wait for your big buck, or for your turn on the range. When you're ready to shoot, the Arrow Anchor simply flips out of the way so you can take your shot unhindered. The special design won't damage your fletching, while the O-Ring design reduces hand shock and vibration in the riser. That means tighter groups on the target range, and steadier shots in the woods. Mounts on the front or back of most longbow and recurve risers. Fits both right and left handed bows. Easy peel-and-stick installation in 30 seconds! ...read more

Functional but has a Major Downside
Functional for holding arrow in place on any trad bow but you have to manually rotate it away from the bow shelf at the MOST CRITICAL TIME for the shot. This excess movement is not ideally what you want and if not done carefully you may have the arrow fall off the rest.
Just what I was looking for.
Keeps the arrow where it belongs till its time to whakem
So far, I like it.
I have been bowhunting for fifty years. I haven't actually used this item for hunting yet (opening day is just 30 long days away), but as sturdy and well made that it looks and acts on my longbow, I am inclined to think it will do the job I bought it for, which is hold my arrow on the rest until I am getting ready to shoot. The adjustable friction screw allows you to tighten or… read more loosen the friction to fit your needs. Nothing is more disheartening than to have a nice deer come into your shooting lane and as you reach for your bow, your arrow slides off the rest and rattles around as it falls to the ground below your tree stand. I love traditional bow hunting and have no desire to have trinkets and gadgets attached to my bow, but this looks like a must for the serious hunter.
Works but brittle
This worked great for 4 days. Easy to adjust tension and install. Once installed, it holds! However, if lateral load is applied at all, the anchor will snap in half. Although the the base did stay attached, it is still broke now.
Simple and works great!
Super simple to install, adjustable tension, holds arrow perfectly and looks great.
Works Great!
This cool little device works awesome! I was skeptical when I ordered this because you have to move it out of the way before you shoot but I absolutely love it. Very simple to install (stick), adjustable tension, holds arrow firmly and looks great on the front my longbow.
Excellent design
You must manually move the arrow keeper, but when installed correctly, which is quite simple, it holds an arrow in place very securely. I installed one on the back of one bow and on the belly of another. It appears durable and the tension can be adjusted to suit the archer. I was surprised at the design. A little approx 3/4" sticky pad is all that's stuck to the bow. I hunt… read more a lot, and like it.
Great Idea
This is a great simple item for those that want a arrow holder. It seems well made and sturdy. It's not bulky and blends perfectly with my bow. The only possible issue would be how well it stays stuck to the bow. Time will tell. For now I like it better than any arrow holder I've used.
You will have manually flip this rest out of the way the arrow flight and it will need to be adjusted to stay out of the way until you manually nock another arrow.
You flip it out of the way with your index finger and anchor stays out of the way,
You have to flip out out of the way manually but it's whisper quiet and is great for treestand hunters....just turn out of the way as the deer comes into range. I mounted mine on the back of my recurve riser, works great!
