Very good product

String is great. No stretch, super quiet, and fast! Only problem is the serving is too small. I can't get any of my arrows to nock good. have tried 4 different types of nocks. Easton s ,Easton h, Gold tip g, and whatever nocks are on the old Eaton gamegetters. Only problem I've had with it. But reserving a string isn't a biggie but for beginners it might be.

Fast and Durable

I got into archery about 3 years ago starting with a dacron continuous loop string, then upgraded to a fast flight on my recurve bow. The fast flight was much, you guessed it, faster and was quite a bit louder. With string silencers, it was much more tolerable, especially in a hunting setting. I recently upgraded to heavier limbs and decided to give this string a try after reading read more about the different string materials. I will never buy another string again. This string feels unbreakable, its about as loud as the dacron string without silencers, and it hasn't stretched after 300 arrows. With string silencers, it's much quieter than the dacron string with silencers. I had no idea I was going to like it so much. Can't wait to take it hunting later this year.

Plan to buy more of these strings.

In my last review, I said that I have two of these strings, I actually had three. Just bought another, now I have four. I can't get over how well these strings are built!!!

I would buy this bowstring again.

I have two of these strings so far, one on a DAS Longbow and one on a DAS Recurve. They work great on both!! The loops are a little small as described in another review, no problem at all on the longbow and really not a problem on the recurve either. The large loop does not slide down as far as other strings on the upper limb of the recurve. How far do you need it to go? Totally read more functional in that respect. The quality of the string is great and so is the performance. It is quieter than the strings I replaced on both bows. As for colors, it is always nice to have choices, within reason, as too many choices can be overwhelming. I find the colors that the string is built with to be an almost "one size fits all", very nice. Will work with almost any bow. I will buy more of these bowstrings!

I would buy again

Hey there 3rivers. So I'm looking for a new string for my 62" recurve it's a ilf rig so I am going to by a fast flight string but I want to run Nocturnals and my current string is way to small to fit them I tried reserving with .026 serving and still no d

I would recommend a d97 string and stay away from the skinny str 3 years ago

I would recommend a d97 string and stay away from the skinny strings . You can also look at the Rogue Spectra string .

Bought the BCY-X string for my 62" recurve. The factory nocks on my gold tip traditionals will not even grab the serving. What nocks can I replace them with? They're the factory GT nocks that came with the arrows.

If the nocks are too loose, you can try to put them in hot water 2 years ago

If the nocks are too loose, you can try to put them in hot water and pinch them to make them tighter. The majority throat diameter in nocks are the same size which is .098, and that would include the GT nock that came on these arrows. These particular arrows would take a .246 nock and there are several in that size that we sell.

Hi, new to Archery. Purchased a Bear Bullseye recurve takedown bow for strictly backyard shooting. Its 62" long with a 30lb pull. The factory string is already frayed. Can you please suggest a quality string for replacement. Thank you.

I would recommend a B-55 flemish string https://www.3riversarche 3 years ago

I would recommend a B-55 flemish string https://www.3riversarchery.com/b-50-flemish-twist-bow-string.html or a double loop B-55 string https://www.3riversarchery.com/double-loop-b-50-dacron-endless-bow-string.html in a 58" .

This is a high performance low stretch string. If the tips are reinforced you should be able to use it. If you are not sure I would not recommend this string.
