Is this the barge cement pictured or the newer formula in the blue/white tube? I ask because the old Barge Cement (pictured yellow tube) was a super product for all leather work, but the new formula (less toxic, I guess) doesn't stick nearly as well and w

It will work. But, we find that you will get a better result if

It will work. But, we find that you will get a better result if you soak the snakeskin in water to make it more pliable. And then use the Titebond III to adhere it to the bow.
