Accurate and quiet sweet shooter
This bows shoots great! Very accurate and quiet. I did have 3 Rivers install otter hide silencers
Well Done Bear
My favorite one piece Bear has always been the Kodiak Hunter. Bear has done an excellent job of bringing this back to the line up.after shooting mine for a month I have found no flaws. Excellent cast/quiet and handles my 29" draw with no pinch or stacking. The new KH looks good and hits hard. Fred Bear would be proud.
Great bow!
This bow is awesome. It was well worth the backorder wait. It's the best shooting bow I have.
Just as Good as My 1974 Kodiak Hunter
I hunt big game and turkeys in Montana. It shoots as good as my 1974 model which I bought about a month earlier. Color is the only real difference. I have piles of Russian olive branches where I hunt and they lose their bark quickly. I end up with a bunch of bare branches the same color as the gray bow. Perfect camouflage. When I hunt in live vegetation I use the 1974 green bow.
I would definitely recommend this bow
This is a very forgiving, accurate fast bow. Feels good in the hand. Point and shoot capability. Draws smooth. The gray and wood laminate colors look very sharp together. Classic looking bow. Definitely a high quality bow!
Bear calls for a 56" string and the brace height 7.5"-8.5"
It is laminated in the riser like the original.
Yes you can on that bow.
Between 7-8 inches.
I wouldn't pull too much over 30".
There are no plunger holes in this bow. You would need to use a strap on or clamp on quiver with this bow.
I'm afraid I cannot say how these will shoot at this time. They were just announced, and we have not seen/shot one yet. They have not given any availability dates as of yet. Sorry.
Yes, all of their adult traditional bows are USA made.
