I am fixing a bow that de-laminated…. Can this be cut to a shorter length for this type of repair?

It can be cut shorter, but if you are using it to patch on a bow 3 years ago

It can be cut shorter, but if you are using it to patch on a bow it will not work. Needs to be full length backing of the bow. So if replacing the entire backing it is do-able then.

I'm in the process of building my first long bow. What kind of glue is recommended to bond this type of fiberglass to red oak. Would Tidebond 3 work? Thanks
