Fun bow, but not right for longer draws
I am new to thumb-draws and Korean bows. This bow is very fun to shoot and I was able to get consistent groupings pretty quickly (not where I wanted them to be, haha, but still). I'll be shopping around for a similar bow with a longer draw, and passing this gift on to someone it's the right size for. (My natural draw is right around 31".)
Buy it from Freddy archery. That's were 3 rivers buy them and that's were I got mine. Or measure the string that came with it and get one made the same length. My korean and Turkish bow strings never stretched had em 3-5 years
We do not have a stringer that works well with these bows. We recommend to carefully use the step through method for stringing.
It is a 20 strand string.
It is about 7/8" for both measurements
Handle is approx 25mm wide 30mm depth
Yes this is made by Freddie Archery.
Made by nomad and came in box from Freddie archery
This is a great bow and shoots very well. It does take a little bit of practice as you have to shoo off your hand verses a cut out shelf.
One of the best bows I own. I shoot it almost every day The handle is very comfortable. it has 4 layers of wraping. fun to shoot and perfectly balanced.
The spine would depend on the weight of the bow, your draw length, and the point weight you plan on shooting.
It does not form a complete circle when unstrung.
