They are only about an inch wide and 32" long but they will stretch a little.
I put mine on a 60 inch Kodiak , and there was plenty of extra length that turned in to small folds along the limbs, so I don't expect you would have any problem with length. The fit over the upper riser was tight, but I was able to slide it down into the the upper sight window to just above the rest. The elasticity of the fabric holds them in place well. Bruce Parsons

I have them on my 52in K-mag and there is a lot of sleeve left. 66 inch might be pushing it though...
Might be a little short. I use them on a 62 in bow and they work fine. If you don't plan on covering part of the riser I would think they would work
