I purchased this bow string. Left it on my Samick Sage for two days to stretch, set the nock point and felt like Robinhood when I tried it out!!! Thank you, I am ordering the same string for my Manderin Black Hunter right now! Very nice

For my needs using with out silencers, it serves me well. All of my friends shoot wheel or cam bows, so I wouldn't recommend this string to them.
Looks good, but haven't used it yet.

The D97 that came on the Bear Super Grizzly (50#) eventually started to badly fray at the upper nock. It took lots of arrows, but the same thing happened on the "next two" D97 strings that I installed. I've had the bow for three years. Following the directions of a Bear rep' I filed the groove to give a bit more roundness to the nock, then dipped it in spar thane to make sure… read more it was smooth. Problem 'partially' solved. I'm now trying the Bear Paw fast flight. So far so good.
Good bow string, but not really a flemish twist

First let me say that the string performs well. The only problem is, it is not really a flemish twist string. The string is twisted and braided, and in such a way that it is safe to shoot, but it is not a true flemish splice. I've been making flemish twist strings for years, but I did not have any d97 so I decided to order one instead. It works fine, and performs as it should, but… read more if you are a purist you should probably look elsewhere.

I just purchased a Samuel Sage with 40 pound limbs and several friends suggested I upgrade the string that came with it to a fast flight string. The bow length is 62 inches. Can you direct me to the correct string and string length to order on your site.

We can install a nock point on the string but without knowing what kind of rest you have and your release placement we could not guarantee the correct nock height . You may have to take it to your local archery shop to insure proper placement .
