Hoyt quality is second to none.
Hoyt limbs are probably the smoothest, most durable and well built limbs I've seen whether it's recurve limbs or compound limbs. They are also consistent in in a wide range of temperatures. I use the long limbs and long Satori riser. 66" makes for a smooth, quiet bow and is still short enough for fairly good maneuverability. Satori maple limbs are smooth,fast, forgiving,and impressive
If you are confident with a release aid it will solve your long draw length problems...however, choose wisely for there are very few that can take the pressure, so use a long string loop to overcome the stack and look for a release with few moving parts. Enjoy your recurve.

Yes, the 17" riser is an ILF bow, so these limbs will work perfectly with that length Satori riser.

Those can be drawn to that length but it may not be as comfortable as a 64" bow.

They are not compatible with the Buffalo.
Unfortunately the Buffalo limbs will not fit the Satroi riser as the Buffalo if a Hoyt version of the ILF and is not a true ILF limbs as the Satori riser is.
