Hoyt Satori Takedown Recurve, 19" Riser Reviews

Great bow

This is my first recurve, right out of the box I was impressed with the construction and finish. With the intention of using it as my primary elk bow I was surprised at well it feels in hand. Shooting instinctively it draws great and naturally points where you look. My overall all opinion is that you can't go wrong with this platform.

Really cool bow - love it

I'm still pretty new to archery. I bought the 19" Satori riser with 35 (37) lb medium Hoyt limbs. It's my second bow, and a step up from a WNS target set up (68" 32 lb). My goal ultimately is to start hunting…but I feel a need to shoot targets barebow for a (long) while - to make sure I get the basics right before either hunting traditional or ultimately buying a compound bow. read more The Satori is a lot of fun - I'm quickly getting more and more accurate and shooting with better form. Again, I'm still pretty new to archery but I have a hard time thinking anyone would be disappointed with this bow.

Best bow ever fired

I have only been target practicing but plan on taking it out stump shooting and hunting soon. This bow is the best recurve I have ever fired. It is easy to adjust and get shooting exactly how I like it. I highly recommend this bow to anyone who loves recurve bows.

Yes i would buy again

Bought this to retire my grand father's bear super kodiak 66" after he passed. Wanted a take-down with ATA holes for detach quiver. It shoots great. Nice Smooth draw and no handshock.

You could go with a 60" bow overall and still be comfortable. A longer bow will draw smoother though. The bow will come in a soft case with an arrow rest and plate and some string leeches. It comes with the Hoyt manual as well.
