No. ILF and Formula use the same bushings, but the dimensions of the limb bases themselves are different. The distance between the limb bolt notch and bushing on a formula limb is substantially larger than that of ILF limbs.

These ILF Limb Bushings are a universal fit so they should fit in your limbs. We use a press that pushes the bushings out/in. Be sure to apply even, steady pressure when putting in new bushings. May be worth a call to the manufacturer to see if they have any tips for their product.
