Since moving from a "rural' home to an urban home I let bowhunting drop away. Muscle memory at my age needs re-education. This is perfect. I carry it everywhere and do a series of repetitions. Muscles may be old but they are getting with the program.

Can a release be used with single band to just get full effect?

Can I put a d-loop on the power pull?

I believe that would cut through the band. This is designed for 3 years ago

I believe that would cut through the band. This is designed for finger release. I guess you could rig up a leather patch and connect a metal ring to put your d loop on.

What are the draw weights of the bands?

The purple band is stated to be approximately 22 pounds, and the green 33 pounds, but in actuality, they both feel nearly 10 pounds heavier, around 30 and 40 respectively. Tried to pull back both simultaneously, much too hard, will have to build up to that. Also, the device feels much better, at least to me, while wearing a glove or tab.
