I've used this on a Flemish Twist bow string and it has worked great. I've not seen any fraying or pilling of the thread fibers using this product. Product goes on easy and stays on. Better than beeswax.

I bought this originally from my local pro shop. I have used everything from true beeswax bought from the local bee keepers to the chap stick looking tubes. I love this stuff. It seems I don't have to apply as often and the leather pad that is in the container really makes it easy to apply the right amount and get it worked into the strings.

Extreme ease of use, thus encouraging regular usage. Have used this product in the past and would highly recommend it. Would totally stop carrying wax if weren't for frequent utilization to secure loose field points.

Does this Bowstring Wax contain BEESWAX. I am deathly allergic to BEESWAX and looking for a string wax that doesn't contain BEESWAX in it's ingredients.
