A staple of bow construction, or anything else for that matter, with or without heat, can't be beat.

Smooth on EA40 epoxy

I have made approximately 25 bows (some have actually survived) using primarily Tite Bond III EA 40 is thicker and easier to apply. It is less sensitive to clamping and will fill small gaps rather than flowout of them. The 2 hour pot time allows you to take your time in application and clamping and multiple jobs can be done at once. The set time is approximately 24 hours and extra read more glue is easily worked with a rasp. You can djust the mix to make it stronger to heat - a heat box is not required but helps cure time and strength.

Easy to use with fantastic results

I'm not a bowyer but I re-glued 2 of my favorite Hickory Ben Pearson recurve bows that were literally in pieces. One limb entirely in half from tip to riser. After 24 hours they were refinished like new. A very simple product to use.

The best glue I've ever use.
